Salpicados de rocío, los musgos esmeraldas cubren todas las rocas, suelo y árboles de Glacier Bay National Park (parque nacional de la bahía de Glaciares), con una maternal capa de suavidad. Dappled with dew, emerald mosses throughout Glacier Bay National Park blanket the rocks, ground and trees with a mother lode of softness. They can be found flourishing in all of their green glory during any season. There are some 9,000 mosses worldwide; all of them are photosynthetic, meaning they convert solar energy to carbohydrates, thus manufacturing their own food.
