Nagoonberry – the berries are delicious. Period. But they are not too big and the plants are not usually found in thick patches, so it is hard work gathering enough for a pie. Nagoonberries typically grow in wet meadows but these plants were growing in thick moss on top of a big boulder at the head of a damp narrow fjord. OK, enough clues – go find them!
